Nancy's Story
I have spent the past six years building Baxter Travels, trying to get a real feel for what
aspect of travel interested me most. The more I learned and worked in establishing my
business, I found there was a real need for an agency entirely devoted to family travel. I saw
such a demand for an agent with real first hand knowledge. Although there were many
agency websites promoting themselves as family travel agents, I saw no first hand accounts
of their families traveling to these resorts, but rather insight solely based on the marketing of
the resort itself.
In my travels, I found myself critiquing each destination as to how a family would enjoy their
stay. Would the kids have an enjoyable, safe time while using the Kids Club? Will Mommy
and Daddy have a relaxing getaway, even if the children are being watched by a resort
nanny?
It is my goal to travel as much as possible with my family of 4, to ascertain which resorts are
the best for each family. I will be reviewing many different cruises, as well. The work I am
doing in the upcoming months should help each individual family. The prospects are
endless...we just have to match each family with your specific destination!

| Ten years ago, our daughter Kiersten was born. Two and a half years later, our second daughter Skylar arrived. My husband, Jason, and I decided that I would stay home and care for our girls. Although being Mom to the girls was very important, I also found the desire to have a career. I have always had a real passion for traveling. At one point, I even considered being a corporate travel coordinator. After some intense research into home based businesses, my travel agency career began. |
