Palladium Grand:
Hi Nancy! First, we want to thank you for all of your help in making this a great vacation
for our family. Second, we want to thank for the nice photo album that came in the mail.
The trip worked out just super. The resort was first rate, the food was excellent, and the
beach and pools were gorgeous.   If you ever need any references for the Palladium
Grand, we would highly recommend it and we would also recommend your travel service
for taking such good care of a large group with some special needs.

Beaches Negril:
Nancy, Thanks for setting up the wonderful Beaches, Negril vacation for us. It was
everything you said it would be (and a bit more). We had a wonderful time and appreciate

Gala Beach Resort:
Nancy, Thank you so much for all of your help. I can say with certainty that this was the
most thorough and pleasant experience I have ever had with a travel agent. In the past
I've always had to do so much of the online "running around" myself. It was a comfort to
know that you were there to answer my questions promptly and researched the ones that
were more detailed. I am happy to recommend you to all of my friends!

Carnival cruise:
Hi, Nancy,
Just wanted to let you know we've made it to the middle of nowhere in the S. Atlantic.
It's Fun Day at Sea.   Thanks very much for the chocolate and wine! That was very sweet
of you, and totally unnecessary, but we appreciate it a lot! The cruise has been great so
far, although the part of Nassau we walked around in is comparable to some places in
North St. Louis city. The rooms are very nice!     Thanks again for your help putting this all
together and for the nice welcoming gifts!

Royal Plantation honeymoon:
Hi Nancy. It's Monday evening, 5:25pm in Jamaica and I cannot believe we are actually
here at the Royal Plantation. The accommodations are just as your said to expect. Earlier
this afternoon, I asked about the damage from hurricane Ivan. I did get an update from
Monte, an Apple rep, who told us this afternoon that Sandals Negril is now actually closed
indefinitely. Wow! First it was Oct. 1st, then you had updated info that it was mid
November, and now it's closed indefinitely. It sounds as if Negril did get a decent chunk of
damage from the bad weather. Hearing that makes Trish and I really appreciate the strings
you pulled and your efforts in securing our upgrade to Royal Plantation. Thanks again for all
your help. My once-in-a-lifetime honeymoon would not have happened if it had not been

Carnival Fascination family cruise:
Hi Nancy,
First of all, thanks so much for everything you did to make our vacation possible.
I am very glad that we went on a cruise. Everything went very smoothly - and I know it
was because of all your careful planning. The Fascination was what I expected, though
the cabins were bigger than I thought they would be. Some of the food was very good,
and some of it was just adequate (considering they are preparing food for 2100
passengers, it is remarkable!!) There were tons of kids/families on board. Our three kind of
kept to themselves. All they really wanted to do was lay out. We did not even see Key
West because the kids just wanted to go to the beach. The tram driver let us out at the
state park, and we spent the whole time there (it was very relaxing). They really enjoyed
the snorkeling in Cozumel. Patrick runs a nice operation - everyone was helpful and
friendly. I did not participate, but Dan and the kids saw a lot. Everything is a learning
experience, and we really have some great memories from this trip. I am already thinking
about the next time - maybe an all-inclusive where can just park on a beach the whole
time. I'll be calling you for sure...

Outrigger Reef on the Beach: Honolulu
Nancy:
I would like to thank Baxter Travels for arranging a worryfree trip for
my wife and I to Hawaii recently. Thanks to you all we had to do was
get on the plane and enjoy our vacation.
The hotel you chose was great and saved us valuable time in finding the
appropriate place to stay. The Outrigger at the Beach was close to
everything we needed and the people at the hotel were very accommodating.

Disney World and Disney Cruise Line
Nancy:
We had a great time! DisneyWorld was fine but we LOVED the cruise.
Brian wanted to know when we can go again already. The dolphin swim was
fabulous - we had a 2 dolphin to 9 people ratio and it was really cool.
Thanks for everything - I look forward to planning another vacation
with you!
