Iberostar Punta Cana We visited this great resort, for 4 nights, in October of 2004 and I went again in February of 2006.  It was a well-deserved romantic getaway for Jason and I.   When looking at our pictures, keep in mind that we arrived just 2 weeks after Hurricane Ivan tore a course through the island. This is a very European resort.  Being a US citizen actually felt like being a minority!  That made for such a great mixture of nationalities and also made for some great times!   One note:  You will see many more topless sunbathers at this resort than in Mexico.  Of course, this is because so many Europeans and South Americans visit here.   The food was great, we loved the dining options and will definitely go again!   Here are some pictures from our trip!
